Alliance Architectural Engineering Consultants is a multi disciplinary practice with studios in Dubai & Jeddah and currently employs Architects, Interior designers and Engineers engaged in a variety of projects located across the globe, from High-end Residential to Cultural, Commercial, Hospitality and Institutional.

The Dubai office serves as a base for the firm’s financial, technical and administrative support. Alliance’s operations are streamlined by a considerable exchange of knowledge, personnel and resources with the Jeddah office. Principals meet frequently on both coasts to explore opportunities to investigate spatial design and endeavour to provide innovative and fresh design solutions.

As Principals and Designers divides their time equally between the two offices to maintain close and consistent interaction with every project from concept to completion. Alliance develops innovative and elegant design concepts that integrate the historic traditions of the region with the possibilities and materials offered by the most up to date, world-class technology. Architects, Interior designers and Engineers make up the core disciplines at Alliance.

Alliance provides economical structural systems, suitable for various project types with a philosophy to create a Structural Design that would complement the Architectural Design facilitating ease of construction. Alliance provides a complete HVAC, MEP, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineering designs for various project types,. By employing the most up-to-date engineering developments in these fields and utilizing stringent energy conserving methods, we are able to create a most comfortable interior and exterior building environment.

Construction Management

We follow the best professional practices based upon recognized industry standards of management delivery. The division includes registered and highly experienced Project and Construction Managers, Senior Cost Managers and Schedulers, Chartered QS’s, Civil and MEP Engineers, Architects and Landscape Architects. One of the unique advantages of hiring Alliance as the PM/CM is our ability to also conduct Design Peer Reviews through in-house capabilities from both our Design and Planning and Engineering Divisions.

Construction Supervision

Supervision of construction works by experienced professionals at Alliance includes rigorous monitoring of construction activities and enforcement of safety through suitably qualifed and experienced site engineers from various disciplines.
